Most 55+ communities have and 80 / 20 % where in 20% may be below 55.

Kris...if your home is on a foundation below frost line...and,,your addition is built on the same type of foundation yhen you should not get shifting. If you are on a slab, ypu may have problems. Keep searching for info.

Always use common sense. I have been living in manufactured homes since 1963. Located in Indiana (tornado area) and Florida (huricane)...If you look around at all the bad storms...you will see new homes flattened...you will see block buildigs crumbled...so if the storm is calling for evacuation...GO...

R. Strickland, What are you venting? heat or oders? If heat, and your weather is as hot as ours(Florida) then you're exchanging outside heat for inside heat. If oders then find the cause of oders...e.g. mold mildew. If you are trying to cool in the day time, you need to reduce heat sources...e.g lig...

just a few notes...the frame of thr mobile home should not be supporting deck...much of the water damage is probably caused by the deck construction not the mobile home builder...you have a big project...proceed with caution...gather info...so you can redo it once

Annabeth, Sometimes you will have a leak at the shower head between the walls. This will leak only when you use the shower...sometime it shows up on the floor...since it does not leak all the time, it might not appear under the home....cause...perhaps you've replace the shower head & cracked the...
