try Wells Fargo.. the wells fargo in temecula, ca does mh without perm foundation! they don't do stated loans though, just straight full doc (regular paycheck w-2) loans. good luck!

no, I have nearly the same. 2.09 acres nice home score 630 and lenders are horrible. Looking for a lender now. If you are in the highdesert by any chance I know High Desert CU does lots of them in Hesperia and Victorville. Merit Mortgage in Moreno Valley can probably help you too.
