Skirting/Stonecote installed
I was going to show our new skirting from Stonecote installed last week, its not vinyl but its not the Hoffman stuff (that was way to expensive and it only a one year warranty on labor and materials and this has 10 years coverage) but I dont know how to post pics-

if its on a perma foundation there are alot of mtg companies that will refinance-(Chase) you need to get the boyfriend off the title though-no one will touch it unless you have POA or he signs off.

your mortgage company should have this info. Since we were doing and FHA they had to get the foundation inspected and signed off on before fha would release the money.

dont just check on the mfg of the home you need to be aware and also make your choice with the installer-if they mess up doesnt matter how well your house is made-----check refrences-if they are apprehensive or cant supply them find someone else-quaility doesnt mind bragging- I remember my husband w...

concrete skirting looks great we even had a sample sent because we were very interested in purchasing, however the warranty (if they install) is only for 1 year---warranty for one year??? Not putting out my hardearned money for a year warranty.

Great minds must think alike! We have already gotten a quote from system one for materials and install. (around 5K) not a bad price for all of it imo. The only downside I cand think of is there is no structrual support-wich I think we would of gotten with rock/footers/etc. I think we are going to go...

thanks, for the info. I thought the labor and the material were kinda strange, usually one is alot more than the other. just registered here, been lurking for a long time...are the prices reflective of the year? if so I think I am being took, I just got an estimate 5500 for materials and another 5700 for labor to brick 28x74 including footer 12" down.
