are MH parks considered private property or municipality?
I live in a small "town" that is not incorporated and we are surrounded by 3 MH parks...we are investigating incorporation and I don't know if we become incorporated, if we can 'annex' the parks becasue we would then be a town, or if they are private property that we can initially just put...
