The Manufactured Housing Forums

I am considering putting my mobile home up for sale by owner but am not sure of the process when an offer is made. Is it my responsibility to contract an escrow company, the possible buyer, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have a small mortgage and this home is on leased land. Thank you.
