That's what the real estate agent called it
- it seemed to mean that the house was setup so it wasn't "mobile" anymore and the bank could consider it a stationary house. What I actually mean is that we have posts and piers... that may be normal, we're still learning!

Removing Trim pieces and later relocating purged mobile?
We'd like to repaint our pre-wallpapered panels and remove the trim between each panel while doing so. If we do this, is it not possible to move the house later? It's a doublewide. On possibly another subject: It's also a "purged" mobile home (still has axles, though). Will it be exception...
