Thats good to know that the prices are not out of line. A lot up here is close to $200,000. I like the area you live in just a bit too hot in the summer. Thanks for the reply. The canadian dollar is close to par with yours and sometimes over. Would you think that $130,000 for a basic 1200 sq foot double wide with no upgrades delivered and set up to be a bit high in your area?

I have been looking at local prices here in Canada and noticed that the prices south of the border are half of the price here.
