Thanks Mac for your reply. I will pull up all the old particle board before installing the new plywood. I have one more question. Can I put down a clear vapor barrier before I put the plywood down to keep moisture from getting to the plywood ? Thanks for your help.

I will be replacing the floors in an MH that was built sometime in the mid 1980's. . The old flooring has gotten very spongey.Can I put down new plywood over the old particle board or should I take up all the old particle board before I put the new plywood down? Can I use 1/2" plywood or should...
