If a land/home mortgage is $1000.00 in default and the lender is proceeding with foreclosure, how long does the person living in the manufactured home have to vacate the home once served with papers?

I had the same problem in a 1995 Homes of Legend 16x80. My solution? Spend $100 at Wal-Mart and buy a 5000 BTU 110 volt window unit. It cooled a 15x15 foot bedroom with no problems. Saves money too because you don't have to run your central unit as much.
