I'm in upstate new york and have made about 4 calls to ads on the web. None of them came in below 7.5.. I contacted a local credit union and they will do 7 percent for 20 years. this is for a bramd new built home with land lease.

Does anyone know if larger double wide homes are any more susepyable to leveling problem than smaller double wides? Ex28x70 vs 28x56..

rent control

We plan on buying our first mobil home next year . And I just came across a peice of scary information. It was about rent control or the lack there of in mobil home parks. does anyone know anything about rent control? And how can I find out if a certain park does or does not have it? Thanks Jerry

Iv'e notice some manu-homes with gutter and down spoits. Do you think they would be worth the optional cost for helping to control overall moisture problems.
