I have no idea about the maintenance and such, but I acutally love the open cabinets...looks clean and minimalist.

Any brands other than Solitaire (in the Arkansas/Oklahoma area) that have similar construction: plywood floors, 2X6 exterior walls, energy efficient?

I've been looking for a quality singlewide as well. So far, I'm really sold on Solitaire. You might want to check with a different dealer. I have had found prices varying by several thousand between dealers. For example, I'm pretty sure the Tulsa dealer is selling the 2 bedroom singlewide for $31,00...
