Your protection is your lease and the state law. Normally, the state law will require the community owner give you a certain amount of time to move your home if they want to sell the land or close the community. Go to area communities, talk to the managers. Talk to the state association. Search the Internet for community owners and click on the links to send them an email and your resume.

About renting your home out when it is in a community . . . first take time to read te Guidelines [rules and regulations] for the community. See if they specifically address the issue. Any time you want to do anything, this document should be your guide.

Te communities [parks] are private property. So, rather than just a single home on a piece of land, there are severalh omes on a piece of land.
