I am considering purchasing a new home built by Scotbilt,any comments would be helpful. I see a lot of questions concerning wind zone 1 and 2,but this home is classified a 3. Here in Horry it is wind zone 2 only,now is 3 greater than 2 in terms of wind zone? thank you in advance.
