My husband added a room on our 14x60 mobile. he has since died in aug & roof in add on is leaking horribly.No one can fix it apparently. I owe 17500 on home. options as i see them...1. let the bank take it. 2. trade in mobile, if anyone does that and buy a new one. 3. pay someone to rip off room...
