Manufactured homes and the Bahamas
Can a manufactured home (Windzone 1, 2 or 3) be sent to the Bahamas or does it have to be Exposure D or a Modular home? Also can a Park Model go there as well?

Re: Fire Extinguishers in an ANSI Park Model
Thank you for your Replies.
I did contact the RPTIA and they said any Park Model home built by the ANSI Building Code must have a Fire Extinquisher installed by the Manufacturer. They also faxed me a copy of the page from their code book showing it.
Thanks Again

Re: HUD Code Park Model Homes
Thank you for getting back to me in a Timely manner. It was what I expected. I think the stumbling block is from the Florida Manufacturers that do not want to do service on homes shipped so far away. Especially if these manufacturers are from Central Florida. Thanks Again.

HUD Code Park Model Homes
Can a HUD Code Park Model Home be shipped out of Florida like to Georgia & Alabama. It is rated Windzone 2. I know there is a different roof load once you get past Georgia, Tennessee & North Carolina but I am not going that far.
The size of the home is 13'4" x 35' 476 SQ.FT.
Thanks

Re: Payment process
I agree with the above response. The one thing I do know that several manufacturers will only build for a retailer when they sign off on the order agreeing to buy the home no matter if the customer defaults or not. Because of this it may sometimes be difficult (But not impossible) to be able to pay ...

Can a HUD Park Model have a Loft area?
In Florida Park Model homes can be under 400 SQ.FT. ANSI or up to 499 SQ.FT. built to HUD Manufactured Home Standards. Can a HUD Park Model have a Loft like an ANSI type (under 400 SQ.FT.) Park Model has?
