If a mobile home needed to be raised due to settling of the blocks, prior to the installation of the Sure-safe system would this be "opening a whole nother' can of worms?" or is this a common issue encountered?

I am trying to gather info on a foundation retrofit for a single wide i own. Is the "Sure-Safe" foundation system a retro-fit friendly approach or is it limited to a new construction application?
