I am looking to purchase a new Clayton dw home. In home specifications I am seeing electric furnace listed. What if I want a heat pump for cooling and heating? Is this something Clayton can do for me? Do the homes not come with air conditioning of any sort? I live in NC, and AC is a must. Thank you!
