How can I fix the sagging for inside ceiling between the joints.It looks like cardboard and I noticed this problem in 3 places.Looks like the joint where the ceiling pieces are glued are coming off or sagging.

I just bought a double wide and found that the roof is leaking from the ridge cap and the water is dripping from the cracks of bath room door frame. I got a friend of mine to go up the roof and try fixing it by sealant.He reglued all the shingles along the ridge cap.I thought the problem was fixed. ...
