true you could have driven a nail through the wire but if I knew what manufacturer built the home I could tell you how it was wired but also remember some manufactured homes come with ground fault breakers to.

What type of home is it and what manufacturer built it depends on where the wires are ran. If I knew I could tell you where they are.

what is the first two or three letters in the serial number? That will give you a clue on who might be the manufacturer. If there is none just call the main factories in your area that may have deliveried the home. generally it would be with in a 100 mile radius.

yes ther is a problem to move it you need to refigure your porch. Unfortunatly Palm Harbar has a habit of making things look easy till you buy your home. Redesign your porch and plan it accordingly

You need to contact a factory of manufactured home and find out the guide lines for the spacing of supports that the roof, ceiling, and walls need. Then you can determine what and if you can do the modifications.

It is not the installation of the home that is the problem it is the contractor that did the foundation. Every home settles and all contractors should have in mind of the settling problems. You need to confront the contractor and get them to solve the problem. Keep in mind they are NOT on the brake ...
