Actually, I'm in NJ, and the few dealers I visited were in PA (because there don't seam to be any dealers in Jersey). I understand that there could/would be "some" price differences between NJ and PA, but strictly looking at the price of the house without land, how does a 12 year old house...

It's not that I have decided against the Holiday, I'm just gathering as much info as I can. Also, straightening out finances, and figuring what I want to spend.
