1st time buyer - no experience with mfrd homes. C.C.& Rs
say no more than 12" off the ground - so we must dig a pit under the home. The whole idea really bothers me. We plan to use concrete blocks and goundset. How do you keep water out of the hole? We are buying in the Tucson, AZ area. Do the grated access entrances on the 4 corners serve more than one purpose? How do I learn about proper drainage? I am not a technical person.
