They appear to be quite large and certainly would be nice if you owned your own lot or property.

Decent is a relative term I think. : ) If you have cash you could probably find something that is older. Mobile or Manufactured homes are difficult to get a mortgage on if they are over 25 years old.
I have one, but it has been appraised at $ 55,000.
